Starting with high level assessments, we conduct a gap analysis of the operation's state of emergency preparedness. Our evaluation aims to prepare the efficient and effective response in managing natural and manmade events that threaten the safety and security of our clients personnel, operations, assets and reputation.
Our services will evaluate and provide direction on:
- Situational analysis of current political, organizational and cultural barriers that inhibit emergency readiness of the client's operations in their part of the world;
- Establishing a framework for emergency preparedness embedded within the client's operations;
- Business continuity and sustainability measures required to manage an incident and the subsequent efficient and effective resumption of the client's operations;
- Develop a legacy framework to ensure the endurance of the framework for emergency preparedness. To this end, we engage our Train-the-Trainer methodology, working in colaboration and cooporation with our client's personnel to ensure their staff can effectively pursue the Business Continuity and Risk Management work upon completion of our services.
Crisis Solution's lead consultant on Emergency Management and Business Continuity is a seasoned expert on public policy, law and administration, with over 28 years of combined law enforcement experience with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and Major Canadian Police Services. With a Masters degree in Political Science specializing in the above areas, he is also the author of a number of National textbooks and courses focusing on justice and community policing initiatives.
